So Vein had a loyal following and a perfect 5.0 Google rating, but their previous hibu template site buried the service range, gave the two locations no individual presence, and made their strongest differentiators nearly invisible. Walk-ins welcome, a complimentary B12 dose for new clients, military discounts, membership perks, IV party rates, and monthly specials were all real reasons to choose them — and none of them were landing. Booking also lived off-site in Jane, so any friction before that handoff cost appointments.
Approach
We led with reassurance and made booking unavoidable. The hero opens on the brand's own philosophy — 'Self-care is not a luxury. It's a necessity.' — paired with a Book an Appointment button that hands straight off to Jane, and a View Specials button for price-sensitive browsers.
